Are you and your SuperFan looking for fresh new ways to add some flavour to your physical activity routine? Well, if you were one of the many To Life!'ers that joined us on June 15 at The Forks in Winnipeg for our To Life! Healthy Active Living Carnival, you were treated to an assortment of fun and lively demonstrations designed to get your body moving.

The To Life! Healthy Active Living Carnival was our first official festivity celebrating a healthier YOU!

Complete with healthy active living displays, invigorating and inspiring demonstrations, and dynamic family fun, this was a day for all our SuperFans to come out and celebrate their decision to get healthy by getting in To Life!

For instance, bet you hadn't considered studying the Salsa until Ted Motyka Dance Studio graced the Scotiabank Stage: dancers of all ages wowed the crowd with graceful spins and toe-tapping Foxtrots! And Choi's Martial Arts gave an exciting and inspiring performance that left the audience awestruck. The Taoist Tai Chi Society displayed the simplicity and grace of their ancient art, and registered dietician Karen Graham provided a healthy summer cooking demonstration on everybody's favourite summertime appliance, the BBQ.

Clowns roamed through the crowd making balloon animals, a face painter festively decorated the features of scores of people, and kids were even treated to a colouring contest. Booths with carnival-related healthy living activities were set up under a giant carnival tent, and a handful of fun games and inflatable structures peppered the grounds of Festival Park.

Of course, our own blue-wigged SuperFan was on hand with To Life! balloons, encouraging participation in our SuperFan Training Camps. And what's a carnival without prizes? Canadian Tire, Grand Prix Amusements and The Winnipeg Goldeyes all donated the trememdous treasures.
