The To Life! Program is an Overwhelming Success!
Over 5000 teams (10,000 Manitobans) have now registered and are leading healthier, active lifestyles!
We've reached our first milestone in the project.
Registration for the To Life! program will now happen exclusively via the Internet. Register for To Life!online.
For those who do not have access to the Internet, potential participants may still register by calling the Canadian Diabetes Association at (204) 925-3800. We will also have available a list of community Internet access sites, for reference.
With our 5,000th team, we have sent off the last of our Wellness Kits!
New registrants - beyond the 5,000th team - are eligible for a second prize package by registering for the program, participating for three months, and then completing the online Prize Entry Form and submitting it.
ALL THE INFORMATION THAT WAS INCLUDED IN THE WELLNESS KIT - INCLUDING THE DAILY TRACKER - is available to download from our web site.
The To Life! program is available to Manitobans only.
